What backs mUSD?

mUSD is backed 1:1 with deposited stablecoins, and relies on an oracle price feed of provided assets to determine the mint and burn amount of mUSD for each interaction. mUSD also has maximum deposit caps for each stablecoin, which will be raised overtime as mUSD matures and grows.
